Office staff needs people skills
Extremely rude and arrogant. Only cared to do something after being confronted about her poor service and attitude. The nursing staff of the practice and the so called office manager are all inefficient, rude and clueless as to how to treat patients and how to do their jobs. If you go to this practice make sure you are open to managing your care. Leave it to them and you could be in trouble!!
Awful experience. Gave a completely wrong diagnosis when evidence proved it was something else. Didn't care to dig deeper. Had to check into a different ER to get different tests done. Rude and arrogant.
Dr Patel was truly interested in my condition and was responsive to treatments. She was proactive and assisted a great deal for my hospital stay.
