Bob made many mistakes in handling our health insurance. He entered in wrong information on three occasions. The wrong last name of one of my children, the wrong first name spelling of my other child, AND the wrong birthday on one of my children. These are mistakes you would not think would be made from someone who has been doing this awhile.
