Horrible experience! Made 2 seperate appointments at both locations and they were CLOSED both times!! I took off work and drove 45 min to get there each time and even paid money for Ubers one time. What a waste of time and super unprofessional. They also don’t answer their phone and their mailbox is full. So disappointed in this practice
I went to my scheduled appointment only to find the office closed, and no one had the courtesy to notify me beforehand. It was over 90 degrees today, and I paid for transportation both ways for nothing. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I should be reimbursed for my travel expenses.
They schedule appointments and don’t even open on those days. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. There are plenty of more professional places to go — stay away from this one.
Completely unprofessional. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment only to find the office closed. No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. Two other patients were also left waiting. I traveled an hour and paid for Uber both ways for nothing. Do not schedule appointments you can’t honor. Never again!
