Unfortunately, the insurance agent was of no assistance with getting their insured fully indemnified by Liberty Mutual / Safeco. Tree fell on their 2 year old RV and punctured the roof therefore sustaining major roof and structural damages. All supporting documentation including detailed in process photos, copies of invoices etc was provided to all 3 adjusters involved in the claim.
