Awful. Never answer the phones. Doctors show not only lack of care but distaste for people. Want an appointment? To bad because no one to speak to.

Do not read your notes. Hard to get an appt. Surgery has gone downhill since Dr Gordon left. Very hard to get meds for a long standing condition because nobody reads your notes. Drs need training in how to listen.
