My mother has AGAIN has had her PT NOT show up for a scheduled appointment. My senior mother has has NOTHING but issues with this agency. She has had appointments cancelled less than 30 minutes prior to arrival and has also had several of her appointment cancelled since the PT decided to no show. Her PT Eric was replaced by another this week named Chris, who stated he takes great pride in his job and if he schedules an appointment he would arrive on time.
