I gave four stars because nobody likes to pay taxes however I decided to write this review as I have had several trips into the tax collector's office in the last 3 years. I have to say that the staff has been exceptionally kind, patient, helpful, understanding, and willing to make phone calls back and forth with me and attend to my ongoing service needs.
