My husband and I went in to get a covid test to double check on a home test as those are regularly invalid, the two ladies at the front desk were very sweet young ladies and helped us very well, unfortunately the late middle aged woman who was helping us swab and do the test itself was excessively rude, treated us like we were incompetent and just didn't have a good attitude in general.
