beware of this developer, I live on 148th st e, they were very nice before signing the paperwork, they said the house would have a warranty and that any problems would be fixed within a week, I have a lot of problems with the new house, I make warranty stamps on their website, they never answer, the phone in the office is always on answering machine, it looks like they are just scammers, I will try to contact them through lawyers, I will post updates
The clear-cutting is shocking. Without forests, this area looks like a desert. What future will we give the children who grow up here?
I've never seen a subdivision that creates it's own bumper stickers kinda sad. It's a middle class neighborhood at best. The homes are packed way too close together. A lot of the residents seem like the type to smell their own farts. Won't be living there.
