Very compassionate when needing to put my cat to sleep.
I have taken my cats and dogs there for 3 years. I have always found the staff and vets to be pleasant and quite competent. I have one dog who is terrified of all vets, except the staff here...although he still hates the waiting room experience. It is a bit pricey, but they do know their stuff!
Took my cat here because she had an eye problem. First of all, the waiting room is chaotic and noisy. This stressed me and my cat. The front desk people do w good job but are under alot of pressure. I was told to give my cat 2 medications for her eye that did not work. When I took her back for a recheck I was told that her eye would probably rupture and there was nothing else they could do but refer me to a ophthalmologist for animals in Los Angeles . That the surgery would save her eye and cost mr about $700. I was so upset... read more
