Melissa is always helpful to me even when I show up unexpectedly. I lost my job (grant funds ended) and she was able to reduce my monthly payments by decreasing deductible and rental car allowance. I'm happy to know that I can change those back after I get another job with a regular paycheck again. She's always so efficient and lovely to work with!
My husband and I were customers for almost 20 years. We were having an issue with our insurance and called into the office for help. My husband explained the issue and when the conversation ended, the employee did not fully hang up the phone. She then went on to badmouth my husband all while he was still on the phone. We had other issues throughout the years, but this was the last straw.
Tim, Melissa, Carly are top notch honest people. Been with them for years. Melissa caught a mistake made by State Farm on a quote. She had my back. Will take an act of congress to get me to change.
