Just setup a new auto account with Nicole. She was very helpful and promptly got back to me when I had questions. Got a phenomenal policy as well (paying less than I was for paying for liability and now have full coverage).
Brittany is a very unprofessional unpleasant person. The way she talks and acts is ridiculous and would not want and ugly person like that representing my company. What a shame and a waste.
