I made an appointment for my yearly contact exam and arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. When I walked into the office I was asked if I had a mask and I told the women at reception that I had a medical exemption. I was told to wait outside and the doctor would come talk to me. After waiting outside in the cold for 10 minutes, a women came out to talk to me. The women told me that I cannot be seen if I do not wear a mask even with a medical exemption.
