Absolutely ridiculous, bought a battery here and stupidly didn't take a receipt. Boy do I regret that! Why? Because the battery doesn't work of course! They said I could just use my bank info to prove my purchase, NOPE, they don't have the proper store name!! It's listed under Buddha gifts so it's incorrect so they can't accept it!!
