Lisa and Joe were very accessible as a team - No AI nonsense, I spoke with real people. I was not 100% comfortable with my upper / lower guards when they were delivered, they were not as snug as I had hoped for. Between conversation with Joe / Lisa, they did not hesitate to make new guards, along with a quick turnaround. This is the best night guard I’ve used so far (3mm Extra Durable). I’ve tried a few different brands, and this one really stands out for its comfort, durability, and how well it holds up over time with proper care. The turnaround time is quick, the quality is excellent, and the customer service is friendly and helpful.

I have purchased a few mouth guards from this company for the past 5 years or so. The price is always reasonable, the kit they send to measure for a guard is easy to do, and the guards themselves are very sturdy and last a long time. I am a heavy tooth grinder while sleeping, so I need a very good guard. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good tooth night guard.
