I was so lucky to find them 🤍 very professional and genuine!
Had the best experience with dr. Walked in for evaluation but ended up getting up the procedure done for my daughter lip tie. Would definitely recommend going in and trusting the dr.
They relocated their office and didn’t even have the professional courtesy to notify us for our upcoming appointment. All they had was a paper stuck on the door of their previous office. We arrived on time but had to drive again to their new office. NOT okay!
It started off very accommodating, but quickly became condescending, dismissive, and judgmental. For clarity, the doctor repeatedly emphasized assumptions about my ability to handle post-procedure care, despite me clearly stating I was capable multiple times. This wasn’t an educational discussion, it was pressure to get me to defer to her assumptions, rather than a collaboration about my child’s care. I’ve been taking my daughter here for a few years now. The staff is always so helpful and excellent at explaining everything they’re doing. During a crown treatment Stephanie made sure that my daughter was very comfortable the entire time and made the process so much easier for her.
