It started off very accommodating, but quickly became condescending, dismissive, and judgmental. For clarity, the doctor repeatedly emphasized assumptions about my ability to handle post-procedure care, despite me clearly stating I was capable multiple times. This wasn’t an educational discussion, it was pressure to get me to defer to her assumptions, rather than a collaboration about my child’s care. I’ve been taking my daughter here for a few years now. The staff is always so helpful and excellent at explaining everything they’re doing. During a crown treatment Stephanie made sure that my daughter was very comfortable the entire time and made the process so much easier for her.
This review is long overdue, but Dr. Smith deserves all the recognition. She is truly amazing. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the office was created with intention and love. Every room is thoughtfully decorated to help children feel safe and at ease. As a first-time mom, I came in feeling anxious about my daughter’s tongue tie, but Dr. Smith showed us so much compassion. Teeth R Us Children's Dentistry and Tongue Tie Center was wonderful. The staff were incredibly patient and took extra time to make my daughter feel at ease. As a family pediatric dentist office, they really care about the kids dentist experience. I will definitely return.
All staff are amazing. Stephanie is full of patience, energy, simply amazing. We just found our place!
