Impressions Dental - Daryl has been the best Dentist I’ve ever had and I never want him to go anywhere else or I’ll be following! The care, patience & reassurance he gave me was beyond the best. How difficult is it for someone to return a phone call? Have phoned EVERY day and left voice messages after they cancelled an appointment which I took a day off work to attend. No one ever answers and if you dont push 1 to leave a message the call is disconnected! Worst customer service EVER You are far better off going somewhere else
I have paid Darryl $2000 this far for my partial dentures. I have left a voicemail and emailed Darryl to contact me via email for the next appointment. My husband has recently gone through cancer surgery. I even spoke to their head office asking for Darryl to contact me via email. However I have heard nothing from him. Communication is very poor! Every time I call no-one will answer!
I cannot recommend Dr Richard enough! He took so much time to explain everything and was incredibly thorough. Over two in depth consultations, he agreed to take on my case of my root canal case that was started from another dentist elsewhere which had me in severe pain and I was completely pain-free after the very first session with him. Now my treatment is complete, and I’ve never had a dentist like him, his attention to detail is outstanding.
