RecommendedWe were happy with the install process, but the communication in general has lacked. It took over a week from the time the windows were installed to when the painter was able to come and paint the trim. They told us the painters would be there directly after the windows were installed. Issue was that we couldn’t hang any blinds up, which is concerning for the bathrooms and other areas that we needed privacy. We called Brian and he never called back.
