Happy it is a Cassoa site but find it's shortcomings are it is not 24 hr access. Also, we have found it difficult to contact them and the information about the recent changes was not conveyed to us in any way, we found out by having to physically visit the site, that is not good business. Also there is confusion between Teesside Caravan Storage and another nearby site where contact details are confusing, it is really not set up in a very user friendly way but ultimately, contact details to soeak to someone 24/7 is not an opt... read more

Unbelievable quoted £550 for a years caravan storage. Everywhere else is at least £250 less.
