I asked Ronnie to fit new taps on my motorhome.after a week it went loose. He came out and sed wat hav I done here. I sed I've done nothing it's cos you didn't tighten it up properly. He charged me again.then it started leaking he blamed frost..I hadn't used van or had any water in system till may. He came out and charged me again he sed it shud be ok but couldn't check it cos I had no water in. We it came to goin away it still leaked and tap was slack again..he sed he was busy but would get back to me.that was over 2months ... read more

I contacted this company after being let down at the very last minute by the company I had my caravan booked into for its annual service! When I asked when he could carry out my service Ronnie said he was fully booked for the next month but after I explained what had happened to me, he offered to come that evening after he had finished his current job which fortunately was in the area. I went and brought my caravan home and he turned up in his van as promised. He carried out my annual service, issued my paperwork and stamped... read more

Arrived at White Water caravan park on a Saturday and one side of motor mover failed. Phoned Ronnie Monday a.m. He was in Whitby, but called at the site later that day, diagnosed the problem and ordered part there and then. He kept me informed and advised when he had received part. Came the next Monday and completed repair. Very efficient service and recommend Caravan Medic to all.
