Luke and Louis were very friendly and responsive, they had the car I wanted at a fair price. By booking early they were able to reserve the car for me I only gave 4 stars because there was a non-negotiable £300 additional handling fee including 6 months of breakdown and warranty. This should be included in the advertised price, or at least mentioned in the listing
