Fast response went above and beyond to fix the heating system kept us informed when waiting for a part. Polite professional and very very competively priced. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I've kept this number on my phone from a couple of years ago when Lee came to repair my boiler. I recommended tvbc to friends and family. When boiler wasn't working I didn't hesitate and got tvbc back in. Couldn't believe the drop in the quality of service, fault wasn't repaired but I was charged for a new part which it seems I didn't need, ( it didn't fix fault) and a boiler service.
