All of my electrics went off this evening (while hosting my family of 6 for tea!) and I was given this number to call. This was after 6pm and Ian answered straight away, he guided me over the phone on what it was that could be causing this as the RCD switch would not come back on. He was extremely helpful and resolved the issue within minutes. Could not recommend him enough and will be giving him a call again whenever we need an electrician. Thank you
