I rarely ever leave reviews, but reading through these I had to jump in here. I grew up in Birmingham but moved away years ago, I pass through Chelsea a couple of times a year now and ALWAYS stop at Tee's. Not once have I ever had sub-par food, nor has any employee ever been rude to either myself nor anyone in my family. They have always been friendly and helpful and the vibe is always good enough that I tip on the way out! I came across this gem while visiting UAB Highlands Hospital for an appointment, and what a sweet surprise it was. They had a beautiful display of treats that immediately caught my eye. Everything looked absolutely scrumptious, like you could taste the love before even taking a bite. Always closed. We’ve tried to go 5 different times and they’re always closed now.
Alexia is a fantastic cake artist! Not only did it look stunning, is was delicious. I ordered a two tier cake. One tier was strawberry and the other was lemon with a raspberry filling. Usually, fondant doesn't taste well to me but her fondant had everyone raving. When I went to pick the cake up, the gentleman boxed it for me, carried it to the car, and showed me how to take it out safely. I highly recommend Tee's Cakes and Pastries.
