Booked an appt through the website, which was confirmed (confirmation email sent) but turned up and it was closed. Very frustrating

Great for eyebrow threading- but not equipped to offer professional standard manicures/nails. The staff member was lovely with warm customer service but unfortunately they had a minimal range of nail polishes that looked very old- and no classic colours like nudes/french/clear. And they didn't even have a base/top coat.

I did my root color and hair cut today. I got to say in my entire life this must be the worst place to do these service. Firstly the lady started putting the hair color, bit of it even got in my eye but I didn't say anything. After she washed my hair, I felt my ear was feeling weird and irritated, I asked her to check if there is any hair color in my ear and YES there was. I got a bit of rash now.
