Dr. Teena Shetty is wonderful. She took excellent care of my son. She left no stone unturned. He has made a complete 180 in just 1 week following her protocol. Highly recommend.
Denied an apppointment when I really needed care. I couldn't get past the front desk receptionist to make an appointment who is by far the worst front office person I've ever has the displeasure of speaking with at any HSS facility. After a terrible bike accident, where I was hit by a car, I was told to seek care elsewhere as she is just "too busy". I explained I was on financial add from HSS and couldn't afford to see another doctor at another practice. I was told "tough luck" .... Shame on shetty and her office staff.
Dr. Shetty and her staff gave me my life back after I suffered a bad accident. Everyone at her office is extremely knowledgeable and caring. The entire team works as a unit to address every issue needed for a successful recovery. Before I saw Dr. Shetty I went to four other neurologists that had no answers or treatment plan. I was told by other dr.s "the concussion will resolve it's self" but after two months of suffering I wasn't improving. I finally saw hope and improvement after seeing Dr. Shetty and her team.
