Teen Challenge owns properties that they rent out to regular people I would recommend to never rent a property that is owned by Teen Challenge reason being is that they are slumlords they do not want to fix any of their properties and when you do or complain about it because they don't fix them and say you're going to go through the proper legal procedures they then do a 60-day request to vacate or evict their tenants even the ones that pay rent every month because they would rather kick you out to fix the property and flip ... read more
