I'm not to happy I called because I found out someone I care about is in the shafter men's program and I called to find out how I can see him or write to him and got know help except a cold person on the phone I'm not immediate family but my family took him in and he's been part of our family since he was 14 he's 23 now I want to find out how hes doing or if I can get any message to him. We would like to join church with him anything to let. Him know we support him why is it so hard to talk to someone here
