Simple check in an out process. Super clean room!!!
Hotel was great, very clean. WiFi wouldn’t work at all though and couldn’t really get ahold of customer service.
Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, our family enjoyed the pool and spa, beach access is a 2-3 minute walk. Beware, the home was filthy due to poor management by VACASA. The homeowner could do themselves a favor by hiring another company to clean the home.
We spent the month of February here. We loved the location and the ocean view, especially the sunrises. The unit is clean and well maintained. While we were there some improvements were completed to the public areas - the upper pool opened and the second elevator became operational. The fitness room and tiki hut were not available. The staff is helpful and friendly even though this unit is “owner rented” and not maintained by the on-site staff. We are probably atypical in that we ate in most of the time. The apartment is as pictured, in a very nice location with a stellar panoramic ocean view. The seating group in the living room is super comfortable, a great place to hang out with friends while enjoying the superior views.
