I recently received a call from Lynn Rodens, a recruiter from Teema, regarding a fully on-site position with a salary below the market rate. Despite not having applied for this role, I agreed to listen to her thoughts. Unfortunately, the conversation quickly turned unprofessional. Instead of discussing the position or my qualifications, Lynn chose to criticize my resume, claiming that my contract work history made me an unattractive candidate. Lack of professionalism, and responsibility. Compare to other job agencies, it is the worst experience I I have ever had. After the interview, no feedback provided even my multiple times following up. Totally waste time, enthusiasm, and energy. Stay away from this agency.

I recently acquired a new position in Kelowna but the main office is out of Vancouver. Michelle Spuls was my main contact through the initial hiring process and was very professional and attentive through the entire process. She was very thoughtful and always checked in regularly to see how things were going and went above and beyond to keep communication with the company clear and consistent, which was very important seeing as I was out of town. Very happy with her professionalism and genuine attitude throughout. 6 stars.
