I have lived in one of Glen Teel's properties and found that he lied about the state of an infestation of rodents from with in the property. The other issues combined made the house legally uninhabitable, even worse while selling the properties none of the house was properly cleaned, leaving us to take care of said mess left by him and the past tenants.
