Scam company - avoid. Made a purchase - they took my money, and then they ghosted me. They don't answer their phone, don't reply to voice mail, and emails are not responsive. I've escalated to PayPal, and I have logged a complaint with ACCC over this ghost company.
Purchased my first tin of lions mane mushroom only to find when opened, only half the can is full! Have emailed this company to see if this is normal but have had no response.
Teelixir goes the extra mile using a number of different procedures to ensure their mushrooms are potent, healthy and free of contaminants. I am grateful that the health and well-being of the customer is prioritised by this company. Thank you.
