I had him come try to clean a drain in my basement. He took my main drain cap with him and now my main line is open in the basement. When I called to see if he was going to put it back he didn’t answer, I don’t know if he damaged it when he took it off or he just forgot to put it back but he didn’t say anything about it. He didn’t fix the clogged drain at all. And suggested I get someone else who might have to equipment he didn’t to fix it. I wouldn’t call him again I don’t think he was very good at the job.

I would rate it zero if possible. He comes to look at my outside facet and just leaves I'm thinking he went to get parts or something so I waited and waited and called and called and finally he answered and said I needed to find someone else because the city needed to shut my water off and he didn't want to deal with it. Next plumber did not need water shut off and did it in less than an hour. Just lazy and full of excuses.
