I had my issues resolved with Pro Turf & Pro Pest they were very responsive and understanding, I do realize that sometimes you have to speak with someone higher up in charge of things. So I do have a better respect for the services that they provided. Thank you Keith for understanding my situation and fixing the issue I had. I appreciate everything you’ve done.
Pro turf pro pest is by far the worst lawn care I have ever had. They were even worse than Tee Time. They came out twice to my home for lawn care applications both times I had to call them back because they didn’t apply the fertilizer properly because I had pathways were their drop spreader's went nothing was even pathways in my yard and when they came back after the first application to redo the terrible job they didn’t apply the technician sent me a e mail that he reapplied fertilizer and that was a lie. Update 7/9/25 - my file was referred to the next level of management. I was very pleased when a courteous manager reached out to me after reviewing my file and apologized profusely because he was able to see that I had canceled their services in September of 2024 and I should never have received the phone calls, texts or emails that I had. Additionally the representatives that had taken my calls did not research properly.
