Still very unclear what was or wasn't done. So far the service is very confusing from what we were told on the phone to what the service guy said he was doing. Way too many different people coming out and being new we are not sure who is doing what, what they are doing when they are there, and not being able to be home when they are there. Thus one gave us notice and tracker so we knew exactly when he would arrive. Today's person I've received nothing so no idea if he has or hasn't.
