If you are thinking about booking this lady for any service DON’T!!! The lack of professional service is beyond unbelievable!!. I reached out to Tee sharnese April 16,2025 to bleach, color, and cut my daughter hair for prom 4/26/25. I sent over two colors with pics and the hair color clearly noted on the pictures. She offered two dates that were after prom so I declined the appointment she then stated she had an opening for the 19th@5. It is so disheartening that Tee was so unprofessional because I did like my hair. The style I wanted was not explicitly listed on her site so she told me to book a style that was $165 to secure my appointment, and she’d still do the style we agreed on. At the end of my appointment, the day before my wedding, she charged me over $100 more than what SHE told me to book and did not communicate the upcharge to me in advance. The absolute worse experience ever. I booked a virtual consultation for my special needs nonverbal daughter on October 25th to explain my daughter's condition and inquire if she would be able to service her. She agreed to book a private session for 4 hrs and told me the cost would be $175.00 to include a wash, condition, trim, and two strand twist). Total Scam! I was definitely interested in this business until my cousin came home with her halfway done and couldn’t get a follow up appointment. I was literally looking at someone with partial braids in their hair and a stylist who kept avoiding them even though she was paid! I had never witnessed such an occurrence. So sad when professionals are highly unprofessional.
