After a long day at the hospital following my mom's surgery, I went to my car to leave and it wouldn't start. It was very cold, snowing, and I was tired. I just wanted to go home. I called my insurance to file a road assistance claim and they called Tee Roy's Repair. First time using Tee-Roy's towing, AAA call out. I was having a bad day, first my boat quit on the water, then I made it back to shore, loaded the boat, shut the pickup off to strap down and take a lunch break, tried to leave and the pickup wouldn't start. I tried jumping it, tapping the starter, looking at the fuses. Very knowledgeable and good pricing. Next time i need work done or a tow he will be my first choice.
Just quick note - I just used T roys for a local hauling job. I need to get two large toolboxes moved from one location to my home. All I can say is Troy Herman is a top notch professional operator. Took the utmost care from loading to securely strapping each box down. The ride was very controlled and deliberate. The unloading was equally easy and uneventful.
