Customer service was nice and helpful , had a variety or trailer parts from electrical to plumbing to trailer hitches and much more , there were new campers of assorted sizes and many new RVs
We purchased our Brand New Arctic Fox 811 from Tee-Pee. From inception dealing with Michelle was amazing and later as we modified the 811 dealing with Jon in the Shop proved to be equally terrific. Everything about the purchase, the financing, the mods, the pick up and the delivery was seamless. The communication was great from day one and continued right until the end. Well they're very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Have lots of stuff on their shelves and if you're not quite sure you'll walk up and talk to him and they're willing to do the best to help you with what you need. I know I'm going to go back there again
These guys always have what I need at a reasonable price so I can't complain there. The issue I have is that I purchased two propane pigtails from there last year and both were covered in cracks when I went to open the tanks this summer. My tanks are behind cover and out of the elements. I went back in this year and grabbed two more pigtails. When I went up to the counter 8 told them that both of the ones they spoke me 10 or 11 months ago were cracked. The guy at the counter just said "yeah.... Your total is this". You guys ... read more
