So impressed with Teepee’s willingness to help us in a bind. We were having issues with our septic pump and needed to be pumped out urgently. I called on a Friday morning and the woman on the phone was so helpful and booked my for the following Monday, but she told me if she was able to she would have the driver stop by same day if he could accommodate. My experience with TEE-PEE septic was above and beyond expectations! Olga, the representative we spoke with the most was always so helpful and honest. We purchased a travel trailer and had to have a pump service every two weeks. Our service tech was always on time and communicative and polite! They also have the option to pay your bill with the tech as a convenience! We have sold our trailer, but would highly recommend this company! Thank you, for all your hard work!!!
