The HOA raised fees no less than $30 per year, doesn’t enforce bylaws, “landscaping” is negligible and several buildings’ washers and/or dryers are continuously out of order. Need to put numbers on the condos
Not sure how it is living here nowadays, but this was my first home as a kid. Lived here from 1971-1978 ish. Many childhood memories here. They used to have a swimming pool near the entrance where you drove in. Had the most memorable of all memories on Christmas Eve, 1976. Picture the santa sleight scene going up in the sky. That's what we witnessed that very memorable, special Christmas Eve.
