tee kay a black hole. once you move in you dont move out, well maybe for a little bit but a lot seem to get sucked right back in not to mention the constant helicoptors over head
My brother-in-law used to live in tee-kay park about 4 yrs ago. There was a meth lab next to him that was busted in by SWAT. That should tell you something right there. Not to mention the yard is non-existent and not at all worth the money.
I think Tee Kay is an ok park. I live here and I know that certain breeds of dogs are not allowed in the park for insurance purposes. Many people in this park have dogs, pets of all sizes, etc. I know the manager who is very nice would tell you in advance if your breed of dog would be permitted into the park or not before taking your money providing you were upfront about your dog. Just because your dog is trained does not mean that it can override the rules of the park.
Ok, so I talked to the "manager" John, and told him that I had a dog, and what type it was and what kind of training it had.He said sure we will take it. So since he said he would accept my dog I dropped off my \$50.00 application fee and as soon as I did that I heard nothing back from them. the manager is rude. the manager does not keep the roads in good condition. You mention to the manager about something that has happened he say oh well its not my fault you deal with it no matter it be a neighbor problem, a problem with the grounds that u are renting, or the trash pickup. the manager make it out to be your fault and that he cant take care of it or even try to take care of it.
