Simon is a great dentist - he's great with kids and very skilled. He's patient and helps everyone feel at ease. He pulled out all four of my wisdom teeth & did a great job helping me feel calm through it all. Highly recommend!
Easily the worst customer service I've experienced. The receptionist's attitude over the phone was beyond rude dismissive, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. It was clear they had no interest in helping and spoke as though I was an inconvenience for simply calling.It's unbelievable that someone with such poor communication skills is the first point of contact for customers. Before coming here, I’d had a genuinely traumatic experience with another dentist that put me off going for almost two years. A friend recommended I come here and I’m so glad I did. He was incredibly gentle, thorough and explained everything clearly. He has a great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Honestly, it was one of the easiest and most pain-free dental appointments I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, especially if you’re nervous about going to the dentist ☺️
