The driver did not follow the mechanics requests how to remove the car from the tow truck. He ripped off the front bumper. He brought the car down sideways. The bumper was not damaged prior to towing. I have several pictures, videos, and several witnesses. I now have to pay for a new bumper. I called to discuss the issue, the person who answered informed me they towed the car, yelled at me, would not discuss the issue, and hung up in my face. The person told me he’s the manager. I haven't even used your service but felt compelled to leave this review. Tonight (fri.april 18th, around 9:15 pm) at the intersection of belair road and putty hill/rossville.. by child and I were sitting at the red-light and touched fingers in a family invented signal for "I love you" based on sign language. The driver of a beautiful bright red peterbuilt truck called down to ask us about it and we had such a lovely interaction for the span of a red-light.
