I haven't even used your service but felt compelled to leave this review. Tonight (fri.april 18th, around 9:15 pm) at the intersection of belair road and putty hill/rossville.. by child and I were sitting at the red-light and touched fingers in a family invented signal for "I love you" based on sign language. The driver of a beautiful bright red peterbuilt truck called down to ask us about it and we had such a lovely interaction for the span of a red-light. Unfortunately, Thursday morning on my way to work, I got pulled over for all of the fault of my own! I was frustrated, angry at myself and late for work. I called the first tow company and he said it would be an hour and half. NO WAY GEESH!!! Then I called Ted’s… He answered immediately and was to me and my car in less than 20 mins!!!! They made that HORRIBLE experience for me, suddenly okay to deal with. PLEASE call Ted’s. They are very responsive and prompt!!! Thank you so much

I was strandedundecided, the road in Maryland. I call up Ted’s towing. They were able to come fast pick my car up and take it to the required mechanic shop so that I can get it fixed. The driver was friendly, kind courteous but most of all, I was surprised they were able to come and take the car less than 30 minutes,. Yeah, do you wanna see what I say
