Terrible customer service! Reached out to this guy to purchase a store front sign for a local CBD store. Instead of the owner being professional and having a knowledgeable, educated conversation, he first ignores my inquiry for a quote, then once I contacted him again, he ask if “I’m the lady that sells the Marijuana oil”, which I replied “CBD oil! Great service and quality work. I needed some custom decal for a truck and David made it happen in no time at a great price.
David assisted Save a Lot Statesville NC to switch over to LED lighting. David was a total professional throughout the entire process. He filled out all the forms for us to get a rebate from the electric company. He advised us on how long it would take to pay out the LED installation based on our electric bill savings.
