Poor Management of Hoosick St. As an ex-employee of the Ted's on Hoosick, and being honest, I would say the food is great. The management has a lot to be desired. I quit working there because he simply can't make a schedule out for a full week. He puts it out the day before the employees are scheduled to work, and it is only a 3-4 day schedule. Ted's Fish Fry Inc These fish fries are perfectly crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside... and they're huge. The tartar sauce and chili sauce are probably standard Price Chopper issue, but a Ted's with chili sauce is the best summer food ever. The fries are awesome, too - they're like fair fries!
The worst customer service ever! Ted's Fish Fry in Troy is the absolute worst place I have ever been with regard to customer service. I have gone there twice because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as my first experience was so bad I figured that maybe it was just an off day.
