On 8/29 I retuned my car here as the tranny put in after an accident failed. since that time, I have been told dates the car would be completed, and each time a different excuse. I drive for work. This is the third day I am unable to drive as I can no longer afford a rental. Ted tells me "too bad" he's not getting paid for this warranty work, yet he can be by the tranny provider is Ted's didn't cause the failure. Tired of the lies and blatant disregard for the customer!
Came here for radiator work that was suppose to be done correctly last year when I bought a new radiator and fans. First time around fans didn’t kick on. Now they do a year later after they charged me a 2nd time to fix it. Also my car won’t start now and never had that problem before. Oh also I have new rear bumper damage that was not there but now it is after I picked my car up. Dudes cool and friendly but being nice and friendly is no excuse to have all these problems after picking a car up that was suppose to be fixed
Honest and fair two very rare qualities that Ted's lives by!
Ted did work on my 2012 Maserati. Excellent and flawless workmanship. Project was completed on time and I was charged a very reasonable price. Strongly recommend !!
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO BE REPAIRED AT TED'S!!!!!
