Washer stopped, wouldn't drain, nothing. Sean from Ted's appliance service came out, spun the knob, pushed some buttons, without even having to look up the code, instantly told me the issue. And since I shared information when I called, already made sure he had possible solution parts in his vehicle, I got lucky and in less than an hour, everything was fixed and the price was extremely reasonable.

Look no further than Ted’s! We have a Thermador Professional 48” range that is 20 years old. It came with the home when we purchased. One day last June (2022) the main oven quit working. I started calling repair companies, but was told over and over that that did not service Thermador. I made several calls to Thermador with little or no assistance whatsoever.
