Kevin fixed my dishwasher. He did an amazing job. He takes pride in his work. I am happy they sent Kevin to work on my appliance. great work Kevin! Keep up the excellent job!
This store does not deserve a star. We purchased a GE profile refrigerator on1/3/26. The delivery people were not nice. We have a ge service technician out 3 times to fix the right door that will not stay open. Technicians cannot fix the problem. When we went to the store on 2/14/26 we were told either put a shim to hold the door open or the floor is not level. We were told that he does not make the product and he did not build our house he only sells the products and basically told us to leave. Very poor customer service. W... read more
Installed and all love there work
I had a horrible experience with this company. Poor communication with the technician Kevin. I wish I would read the reviews first, over a week later and my fridge is still broken.
