RecommendedImmediate attention when we entered the store. No pressure, just clear, no baloney information about the reconditioned dishwashers we wanted to see. Delivery & installation scheduled for following day. 18 month warranty. Quick sales transaction once we decided. This is a solid, no frills place to go when you need an appliance on a budget.
The $1400 Whirlpool refrigerator we got in February is Broken/Garbage and has ruined our kitchen floor from the extent of water damage from leaking. The amount of food and water damages is a gonna be big hit on our pocket book and nobody wants to fix this problem. . Never want to call you back just Run Around for HELP. they were amazing on getting us all 3 appliances and having it ready within a half hour after giving us a great deal and marking everything down and getting us 10% off. we will definitely be using them!
They are very unprofessional! They really took my Grandma for a lot of money to come pick up a washer/dryer combo that they never ended up fixing or even bothered to call and give an update about how things were going. They also kept the machine and probably sold it. Overall very bad business, I would not recommend them at all!
