Kevin, Ted, and the rest of the team here made for me a wonderful experience as I shopped for my girlfriend. They had great questions, helped me zone in on my purchase and even sent the ring out to have the sapphires replaced (even though I didn’t notice they were chipped). What a great bunch of people. This going out of business sale at Ted's Creative Jewelers is a total scam. Tuesday I stopped in and spent some time browsing and checking out the big sale. I was looking at a few rings. I was quoted a price for each and the tickets were marked as such (minus the additional discount and tax). I purchased one of the rings. When I got home I decided I also wanted the other and called the shop. While on the phone the associate also confirmed the price. They were kind enough to hold it overnight as oddly they won't ship.
