EDIT: No longer willing to trust this shop. They kept my car for eight months and every time I called they'd say "it'll be done next week" and then when I'd call two weeks later they'd tell me they didn't have time or the part wasn't in or, after the first six months, they said the part hadn't even been ordered yet. Then they charged us $2K after having our only car at the time for the better part of a year. can not come anymore honest than Tedford. Gave me a quote of a little over one thousand dollars. Paid 500 up front, and when they got the part for my wifes volkswagon, They came in 200 dollars under what they said it would be. I am 83, and they could have charged me what they estimated...but they didn't they came in 200 dollars less..,,,heck, Ken even fixed a broken headlight, and didn't charge me anything

This looks like a cool place, but my experience is one stare due to an application. I tried to get a job here and they took forever to respond. After I turned in an application and resume it took another week to get an interview and I made about 3 phone calls to make that happen. If I didn't call they probably would have never followed back up with me. During the interview the supervisor was saying things like I was already hired like "well we can teach you how to do that" and "do you have a tool box and all your own tools".... read more
